BioAgora is a multi-year project funded by Horizon Europe (European Programme for Research and Innovation) to set up the EU Science Service for Biodiversity. The project partners met for the first time on 9 and 10 November in Helsinki to discuss their approach. This was a good opportunity to introduce the plans to the outside world.
As a partner in the project, I was invited to moderate this launch. A number of work package leaders presented our plans and representatives of the client (European Commission Directorate-General for Research & Innovation and EC DG Environment) shared their expectations. This was complemented by short introductions of two key initiatives that the Science Service for Biodiversity will cooperate with: the EU Knowledge Centre for Biodiversity and Biodiversa+, the EU partnership for biodiversity.
Don’t miss out and watch the full recording of the one-hour session.
